For the management of project portfolios and of large projects we professionalize with hands-on support and optimize the processes with our PMO.

Our experience in projects has shown that in large developments such a roll facilitates the steering and reduces the management costs in the medium term.

Activities

The PMO role

  • Defines organizational processes,
  • Offers a wide range of templates for planning, tracking, communication and reporting,
  • Supports with updating and continuing the planning
  • Tracks activities of the project participants
  • Creates the project reporting for steering committees and management
  • Takes over operational tasks for project management
  • Defines SLA’s
  • Implements the change and problem management

Qualifications

In many cases the outcome of a project is not only a piece of software but a service that will continuously be used after it has gone life and is expected to be rendered in constant quality.

With our experiences in ITIL Framework V2 and V3 we offer support with definitions of SLA’s, with change and problem management as well as with service design and service delivery.

Our PMO’s are certified Prince2 project manager, ITIL V2 & V3 service managers and Scrum Masters.
